Getting Fit and Stu's First Day
I can ride to the train station now and still breathe when I get there... It's amazing how quickly your body gets used to something! Stu got me a 'fat-ass' seat today.... It's really comfy and worth half of the bike!! I get to try it out tomorrow on the way to the station...
My goal - at this present time - is to be able to ride up Pumicestone Road to the Caltex/Big Fish and back... It'll have to be a weekend thing.. cause it's the wrong direction!
Stu rode down and met me at the station this afternoon after his first day with the Moreton Bay Regional Council... He had a good first day. He said that there was barely anyone there. School holidays are a good excuse for time off!
He is going to ride to work tomorrow!!!
Got myself some Iron tablets tonight - trying to combat the constant tiredness I am fighting.
Oh... Mum and Dad were doing a clean out over the long weekend and came across a Fathers Day card I had written to Dad - years ago!! In it I thanked Dad for marrying Mum cause I couldn't stand her by myself anymore... Funny... you'd think I would remember her reaction back then!
Thank God for short weeks!!! (and pay weeks!)

Easter Weekend
Easter came early this year, but it was on a good weekend. The final day that Stu was at Caloundra was Thursday and he starts his new job with Caboolture on Tuesday!! (and.. he's walking to work!!!)
On Friday, we just sat in front of the tv... did nothing and it was fantastic!!!
Saturday we both woke up before 6... why is it always the way on a weekend!! We made the most of it and went for a walk/ride down to the train station and back. We took the little boy with us. He enjoyed it immensley... Stu and I... well... we were tired!!! It is a 5km trip.
Lunch-ish time on Saturday we had the pleasure of catching up with Kylie, Michael and little Oliver! He has grown an amazing amount since we saw him three weeks ago... I got in lots and lots of cuddles!! He's just so precious!!! Makes me all clucky!!! Watch out Stu!!!
It seems as though they would like us to move down to Melbourne with them as Michael keeps finding suitable jobs for Stu.... some of them sound intruiging... but we'll have to see!
Today we got up and both went riding... it took Stu until us turning back into Cowie Street.... just off the main road to realise that he could change the gears down on his bike.. he he... for every one peddle I was doing.... he was going 1 1/2 to 2 times.... he was stuffed!!!
We travelled into the city with Anita to have lunch with Nicole and Susan. Nicole has finally chucked in the Telstra towel and is moving to Melboure (the flavour of the month it seems!!!)
Found out she is on Facebook and hasn't added me yet.... Not happy jan!!!! All is good though.. We put in together and purchased her a 1 hr massage at a place in Melbourne.. she was thrilled by it!
I've just been sitting on my butt since we've gotten home.. watching season 1 of Charmed!!!
Outrageous Fortune is on soon!!! It's such a terrible show... but I love it!

Rodney's Birthday
It was Rodney's birthday on March 5th and we were invited down to share dinner with them and a few others!!Was a lovely evening!
I wish I could have had a Champas in celebration!
Computer Died!!
I have a few photo's and such to add from us for the last couple of weeks... Haven't had a chance though cause we ended up with a rooted computer... It got fixed on the weekend... completely stripped and started again...! Now we have to go through and download everything again!!!!
Oh... I rode to the station this morning with Anita... my god!!!! I nearly died! Thought I was going to spew!! Fitness here we come...
